Clinical Services

Includes diagnosis, treatment, education, referral and follow-up on health issues. Some of the specific services are complete health check-ups, well-baby checks, and immunizations. These are provided on-site at 59 Frederick Street to rostered clients only. Appointments are required; KDCHC is not a walk-in clinic.

Chiropody

Foot care especially for children, seniors, and people with diabetes. Appointments are required.

Mental Health Promotion

Individual, couple and family counselling on issues affecting mental health and wellbeing such as depression, stress, anxiety and the like. Appointments are required.

Nutrition/Dietetics

Advice on healthy eating. Appointments are required.

Outreach Clinical Services

Includes diagnosis, treatment, education, and prevention on health issues at various shelters/locations in the downtown area. Services are limited and are for people who are unable to access services at 44 Francis Street South.
