The Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre (KDCHC) provides primary health care services to people living in downtown Kitchener and new Canadians and Aboriginal people in Kitchener Waterloo with an emphasis on those who experience barriers to accessing appropriate health care.
About KDCHC: Our organization focuses on disease prevention, health promotion, early intervention & chronic disease management. Addressing access barriers for those who are at greater risk of developing health problems and strengthening individual and community capacity is a primary focus for our organization.
